SUNSHINE BEACH

Set across an 858 m² coastal block, this knock-down rebuild was designed by Void Building Design. Three separate pavilions are arranged around a central pool, creating a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Inside, custom joinery and micro-cement finishes add warmth and texture, while full-height glazing captures sweeping ocean views. A timber batten screen softens the façade and provides privacy without blocking light. The mix of concrete, stone, glass, and timber creates a home that feels both relaxed and refined, perfectly suited to its coastal setting.

Spanning 361 m² of internal space and 200 m² externally, this five-bedroom, five-bathroom home showcases thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship throughout.
